• $30 cleaning fee per stay
• Wireless internet available in all condos
• All condos are non-smoking
• No pets allowed
• Condos will sleep 4-6 people
• All condos have private balconies or patios
• Outdoor heated swimming pool in operation May through September
• Gas fireplaces in operation October 15 through March 15
• Condos come equipped with basic cooking and eating utensils, plates, microwave and dishwasher, coffee maker, iron and ironing board
• Towels and linens provided
• Full daily maid service is by request only and there is a $10.00 per day charge
• We will gladly exchange your dirty towels upon request for no extra charge
